Early Beginnings
My journey in the automotive industry began at 18, working as a car washer for BMW. Those early years taught me discipline, attention to detail, and the value of hard work. Within two years, I moved into detailing, honing my skills with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands.
A New Passion
Driven by a desire to grow, I shifted into sales at Volkswagen. In my first year, I became the top salesperson, fueled by my commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering excellence. After three years of consistent success, I earned a promotion to Senior Sales Management with Mercedes-Benz, where I led teams and drove outstanding results.
Stepping Into Leadership
Returning to Volkswagen Australia, I took on a senior role in sales and training management. I worked closely with dealerships to develop winning strategies and train teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This experience deepened my expertise and reinforced my passion for empowering others to succeed.
